The PATA Nepal Chapter, in collaboration with eight of its esteemed member organizations and leading private sector tourism and hospitality businesses, actively participated in and promoted Nepal’s rich and diverse tourism offerings at the 33rd Guangzhou International Travel Fair (GITF). The prestigious event took place from May 15 to 17, 2025, at Area C of the Canton Fair Complex, Guangzhou, China.

With the primary objective of enhancing Nepal’s visibility as a premier travel destination in the Chinese market, the Nepal delegation showcased a wide range of travel products and experiences—ranging from adventure and nature-based tourism to luxury, culture, and wellness offerings. This strategic engagement at GITF also aimed to foster B2B networking, strengthen partnerships with Chinese travel trade stakeholders, and support Nepal’s tourism.
