The PATA Career Center is PATA Nepal Chapter’s digital platform connecting Young Tourism Professionals (YTPs) with career opportunities at our member organizations.

Our goals:

- Turn brain-drain into brain-gain by helping young tourism talent build careers in Nepal.

- Support our members in finding trainees and staff with hospitality and tourism education.

- Close the talent gap between the industry’s demand and the supply of skilled professionals.

Our membership brings together hotels, resorts, travel and trekking agencies, adventure operators, airlines, and other tourism businesses, alongside the colleges and institutions that train the industry’s future workforce. This creates a unique space where employers and young professionals can find each other.
